Cable Fault Services

Cable Fault Location Services

Our cable fault vehicles are functionally fitted with the SebaKMT range of diagnostic equipment to test and locate your LV or MV underground cable faults. We aim to reduce your downtime with minimal power interruption.

Cable Fault Repairs & Diagnostics

With 10 years’ experience in cable fault detection our experienced teams of technicians are certified to repair LV or MV cables. We provide a full diagnostic report on all damaged cables.

Cable Tracing & Cable Mapping

Our advanced cable tracing equipment can indicate cable depth and direction. This device enables us to trace and identify underground cables with accuracy and speed.

Pressure Testing

We pressure test MV cables and provide a full diagnostic report thus ensuring the safety of your electrical supply systems.

Interesting Facts: The shortest time taken to locate an underground fault was 22 minutes. Most faults found in a single cable run was 19, at Wynberg Park. The deepest cable fault was 2.7 meters at Athlone Stadium. We reached our 1000th cable fault in March 2019.

Our generator technicians are certified to service and maintain 10 KVA – 150 KVA generators ensuring uninterrupted power supply when you needed most. As a proudly South African company, our generators are locally manufactured and meets our customer’s specifications.
